We work with local arborists for tree felling and mill the logs on our property. This is the most sustainable way to create furniture and lumber – and sequesters carbon from the atmosphere indefinitely. We hate to see beautiful trees lost to landfills, chipping and burning (all of which release carbon) – these trees often create the most beautiful furniture and projects.

Our furniture is solely crafted from natural woods, sourced locally to our studio. As wood is a living product, natural changes should be expected throughout it’s lifespan. Changes in patina, color, texture, small splits and other movement should be expected and celebrated.
